"I have bowed to the inevitable change in technology and purchased a cell phone. After about 12 hours or so, I've successfully turned off the annoying add blurb that happens whenever you turn it on (and, bonus, figured out how to turn it on and off), figured out how to make a phone call (figuring out how to connect with the web was the priority, after all ;) ).

Still can't figure out how to turn off the ring and just leave it on vibrate.
