The following conversation took place a couple of days ago, and I still don't know how I managed to keep a straight face. Please keep in mind that the customer was 88-years-old. I know this because she told me. Multiple times.

Settiai: And do you have the offer code?
Little Old Lady: Offer code? What's that?
Settiai: It would be printed on the order form, above your name.
Little Old Lady: One moment. [Long pause.] Oh, I found it!
Settiai: [waits]
Little Old Lady: [silence]
Settiai: Ma'am, may I have the code please?
Little Old Lady: Oh, of course, sweetie. It's F as in "fuck." D as in "dick." A as in "ass." [pause] All of which I enjoy greatly.

Sometimes? This job definitely has its moments.
