As I was wandering around Office Depot this afternoon, eyeing the ludicrously adorable panda flash drives (among other things) with intent, I couldn't help but indulge this recurring fantasy I have, that I somehow end up spending my declining years with a person who understands me well enough and respects my uberdorkiness enough that instead of jewelry or Banana Republic gift certificates, that person gives office supply store gift cards, so that I can buy heavy-weight smooth paper and teeny shredders and red netbooks 100% guilt-free.
