Here are a couple steps (from 1 to 10) from endofthewest's guide:

STEP 1: Turn on private browsing, even if you are the only one who uses your computer, that none (except perhaps the robot that monitors your ISP) might know your shame.

STEP 4: Read the Wikipedia page through your fingers. If at any point you see a photograph on the page that might have a person in it, avoid their gaze, for they will know. They will know.

STEP 8: Click out of each of the guilt tabs. Wonder if you were perhaps overthinking this. Remember how many people were masturbating to this weird thing you were just researching. Wonder if you are being judgmental. Continue existential crisis.
